Goals.

General objective

Ensure that the participants at the end of the modular programs are able to:

  • Apply contextual theological knowledge in the transformation of their temples and communities.

  • Develop indigenous churches that respond to the power of the Holy Spirit 

  • Integrate the methodology of community and self-sustaining projects with a vision of non-traditional churches at the service of those most in need.

 

At the end of the modular programs, participants are expected to develop the following skills:

  • Have mastery of Biblical tools

  • Intermediate handling of biblical hermeneutics.

  • Management of stewardship for the sustainability of the church

  • Domain of ecclesiastical experiences for community development.

  • Capacity to manage subversive churches that respond to children and youth.

  • Ability to master the most relevant issues of today's society and its connection with the word of God. 

  • Ability to develop projects (project cycle) with an emphasis on community development.

  • Ability to plan and organize financial self-sustainability projects

  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability in community work

  • Capacity for empathy, to be able to understand the community and the other people who participate in the elaboration and development of the community project.

  • Ability to communicate, to be able to expose and delegate the processes of the project

Academic Offer.

The CCS Training Academy has a series of programs developed in different learning and teaching modalities.

Modular programs are currently being offered with four emphases, namely:

  • Modular Program in Theology with an emphasis on Community Transformation

  • Modular Program in Theology with an emphasis on Non-Traditional Church Planting

  • Modular Program in Theology with an emphasis on transformational undertakings and financial sustainability

  • Modular Program in subversive ecclesialities.

Likewise, our academy has short free course programs, among which are:

  • Accounting for non-accountants

  • Human relations

  • Christian leadership

  • Assertive communication

  • Basic speech techniques.

Another area of education and training is that of permanent or continuing education programs,  addressed to Pastors and servants of the different churches through courses, workshops and seminars.

Our programs are aimed at training and updating church leaders, such as Pastors, servers and members of the communities in the churches, as well as those people who personally wish to expand and acquire knowledge about theology and community transformation. .

Methodology

The Technical program will be developed in three learning modalities, namely

  • Virtual training (Moodle platform

  • short internships

  • Non-traditional church planting.

To opt for the modular programs in Theology, with the different emphases in Community Transformation, financial self-sustainability and non-traditional church planting, the following requirements are requested:
1. Primary completed. Without exceptions.
2. Entry Application 
  -Complete the form
-Attach the color copy of the identity card or scanned passport and the last certificate or title obtained
IMPORTANT
Once the student enters the information, they must wait for confirmation to make the respective payment and the academy regulations are attached, which they must accept for the continuation of the process.
